We offer a 10-day return policy. You have 10 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, products must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with all accessories and proof of purchase.
How to Request a Return
Please contact us at germanbeauty786@gmail.com within 10 days of receiving your order.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide the return address and shipping instructions. Products returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
-
Change of mind or unwanted items: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including any applicable customs charges.
-
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: Please contact us immediately with your order number and clear photos. If we confirm an error or defect, German Beauty Instruments will cover the reasonable return shipping costs or offer an appropriate resolution.
-
We recommend using a tracked shipping service for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items
Used products, personalized or custom-made items, and products that cannot be safely resold for hygiene reasons are not eligible for change-of-mind returns, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
This does not affect your rights regarding defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products.
Exchanges
For exchanges, please contact us first. If an exchange is approved, we will provide further instructions. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind exchanges are the customer's responsibility.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of approval. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the payment.
