Worldwide delivery from Bangkok, Thailand
Orders for the new German Beauty Instruments store will be prepared and dispatched from Bangkok, Thailand. DHL Express is our preferred international carrier. Other suitable tracked services may be used when required by the destination, parcel type or service availability.
Order processing
Orders are normally prepared within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing may take longer for large trade orders, customized requirements, public holidays or stock verification. We will contact you if additional time is required.
Thailand delivery
Estimated transit time is generally 1–3 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and carrier service.
International delivery
Estimated DHL Express transit time is generally 3–7 business days after dispatch. Remote destinations, customs clearance, local holidays and circumstances outside our control can extend delivery time. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.
Tracking
When tracking is available, shipment details will be sent after dispatch. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, telephone number and email address.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges will be shown at checkout or confirmed before payment for orders requiring a manual quotation. Rates can depend on destination, parcel weight, dimensions and service level.
Customs duties and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees or brokerage charges imposed by the destination country. Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, these charges are the recipient’s responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping price.
Customs information
Customers must provide accurate information requested for customs clearance. Delays caused by customs authorities, missing customer information or unpaid import charges are outside our direct control.
Delivery issues
Please inspect the parcel promptly. Report visible damage, missing items or an incorrect item within 48 hours of delivery and include the order number, packaging photographs and product photographs. Contact us before returning any item.
Incorrect or undeliverable address
Additional charges resulting from an incorrect address, refused delivery, failed delivery attempts or an unclaimed parcel may be deducted from any refund or charged before redelivery.
